A one year program open to Intermediate/advanced level students to build better technique & performance skills with a professional approach.

Dancers train weekly throughout the year from 3.5hours up to 12+ hours depending on dancers flexibility and weekly opportunity.
Tuesday Sessions – 7pm till 9pm
Thursday Sessions – 7.30pm till 9.00pm
Friday Master Classes – 7pm till 9pm 
Saturday Sessions

Applicable to ages 16+ with dance experience.

The course is £18 per week for all regular & Extra sessions.
This fee includes master classes & extra rehearsals for this course only.

With a focus on building foundation, we cover a number of styles, techniques and creative exercise.

Throughout the year you will experience:
Jazz, Waacking, Vogue, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballet and more…

Previous years we’ve explored additional styles:
Popping, Floor work Techniques, African, Breaking, House, Improvisation & Dancehall.

Our aim is to encourage versatility, with a solid foundation applying knowledge and understanding of movement to choreography.
Building confidence to implement performance and professional etiquette in order to prepare for professional opportunity.

Professional opportunities are monthly and dancers will be selected to take part in these performances.

Collaborating with local and international companies such as:
Ikea, New Art Exchange, Nottingham Writers Studio, Inspire, CruCast and MPA to name a few.
